CONTEXT

netherland’s first omakase space, my dorm bedroom of AUC science park amsterdam, was a case of procrastination-gone-too-far.

EPHEMERAL (2015) was a black operation, and soon enough visits from michelin chefs to food enthusiasts of all sorts became a weekly dorm ritual - partly due to the promise of a new level of quality and craft, and partly due to the absurd urban myth of bedroom fine dining.
